Weight / Height Restrictions:
Due to the gravity-fed nature of our course and for the safety of our guests, there are weight requirements. Participants need to weigh between 70 and 240 lbs. and no taller than 6'5". There may be an informal "weigh-in" at the office.
Age Restrictions:
We recommend that kids be at least 10 y.o. for the fear factor.
Health Restrictions:
All participants on the zipline tours need to be relatively physically fit as there is some hiking, stair climbing, and jumping. In the event of a weather evacuation, hiking could extend 1/2 mile. Both tours will reach extreme heights. We do not recommend you participate if you are pregnant or have back, neck or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of 72 hours from your tour time, you will be refunded or receive a voucher for the amount you paid. A $10 per person handling fee will be deducted for refunds. If you cancel within 72 hours of your tour time there are no refunds or vouchers. Late arrivals will not be refunded or issued vouchers and will not be able to join the group. Those not meeting the weight requirements will not be refunded or receive a voucher. Space is limited and guests are being turned away for your tour, as well expenses have already been incurred in preparation for your tour.
Weather Cancellation Policy:
We will not cancel due to rain or snow. Mountain weather is subject to change quickly and can be volatile. We will make every effort to complete your tour as planned. However, we will temporarily suspend the tour, sometimes with very little notice, due to lightning, thunder or high winds at our discretion.
If we cancel the tour, guests will be offered a rain check or a refund. If we delay the tour, the cancellation policy will apply, please plan your day accordingly. Tours are not "pushed up" more than 1/2 hour when there is a weather related delay. If there is a weather related issue during your tour time, your tour is the tour that will be canceled. It is your responsibility to provide us with the best mobile number or email to reach you the day of your tour.
We do our best but weather cancellations have happened so be advised.
Release of Liability:
Each participant is required to sign a release of liability. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent sign for them. As with any adventure sport, riding ziplines, hiking and off-roading can be dangerous. All clients are required to sign an acknowledgement of risk and release of liability waiver prior to their adventure. Alpine Adventures does not guarantee your safety. Alpine Adventures does not share customer's information with other agencies.
Alcohol/Drugs/Vulgarity:
Alpine Adventures is in no way obligated to complete a tour for a participant that is found to be endangering the safety of themselves, others or the environment, or they appear to be impaired. This being a family outdoor adventure, guests disturbing the peace of other guests with profanity, vulgarity or otherwise will be returned to the office and not allowed to continue the tour. Refunds or vouchers will not be given in this situation.
Smoking is not allowed on the tour or the property.
