Snowshoe tours are a one of a kind winter adventure for all abilities and an exclusive way to enjoy our 300 acre mountain during the winter months. Excursions can last up to two hours, including a 30 minute off-road tour, in our famous 6 wheel Pinzgauers, and about an hour of snowshoeing. Our knowledgeable and friendly guides will take you on a spectacular tour where you will explore the surrounding White Mountains National Forest from a unique and up close perspective, while learning about the local wildlife and logging history of northern New Hampshire. We have a vast network of trails that wind their way through the forest and cater to all abilities. Enjoy several different mountain vistas and a variety of backwoods shelters along the way. Our experienced guides will help you find just the right level of adventure and exploration that you are seeking, and can even warm things up with a cup of hot cocoa along the trail. This is a wonderful way to get into the mountains, enjoy the scenery and get away from it all. All Trips originate at our main street head quarters where guests are fitted with snowshoes and shuttled to the base of our 300 acre mountain, Barron Mountain.
